I am an Associate Professor in Translation Studies and the Vice Dean for Research at the Faculty of Letters and Humanities at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. My research interests include audiovisual translation, translator education, and intercultural communication. I teach  on the MA English Translation, and the Ph.D. Translation Studies at the Department of English. I mainly lecture  on theoretical aspects of audiovisual translation, translator education, and research methodologies
